The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry and the various constituencies that make it work (brokers, agents, NAR, State and Local Associations, MLSs, Franchise Networks, Vendors, etc.), and will primarily focus on Move’s B2B businesses and their relationships with these industry constituents. This individual will be a part of and support Move’s Industry Relations team and will partner closely with the creative team, events team, and when needed, trade marketing leads for specific business units. He or she will drive cross-channel efforts in support of trade marketing initiatives that drive business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience contributing to, and executing upon, product launch plans and sales enablement materials, including marketing collateral and audience research and insights. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of increasing experience in strategic marketing for the Real Estate Industry. Experience with online real estate highly desired.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partners closely with channel leads (Event Marketing, Paid Media, Social Marketing, Creative Services, Email, Research, Editorial) and cross-channel partners (Product Development, Analytics, Sales, Legal) to develop integrated marketing programs and collateral in support of the Move Industry Relations team
- Contributes to marketing plans and campaign management for product launches, feature enhancements or other newsworthy updates and manages the appropriate audience messaging and creative across various channels and tactics to share the Move and realtor.com® product story with the various constituencies within the real estate industry
- Works with leadership to produce messaging for industry events
- Works in concert with the events team in the pursuit of sponsorship, speaking, tradeshow and event opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation and increase exposure with the target audience
- Sources, researches and analyzes industry trends and manages the development of industry facing research projects, publications and white papers
- Develops and manages Move’s industry-facing web presence
- Coordinates with Move PR resources to create new and enhance existing media relations with industry trade publications and regional/national media outlets
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple products simultaneously with a high degree of independence.
