Project Manager - Real Estate Software Products

Description of the Position:

Manages one or more Paragon installation/conversion projects of medium to high complexity. Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts. Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review and quality assurance; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Coordinates communication with all areas of the MLS business unit that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed. Responsible for significant areas of system design and customization. Should possess broad knowledge of the Paragon MLS platform and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.

Work Experience and Skill Requirements:

- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills

- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment

- Must be detail and results oriented with solid multi-tasking skills

- Ability to work with all levels of management and colleagues, across various departments

- Ability to work flexible and extended hours as required

Other Preferred Experience:

- Experience in using, supporting, trouble-shooting and/or designing Multiple Listing Service and accompanying software in the Real Estate Industry.

- Experience working in a cross functional team environment, including interacting with Application Development, Quality Assurance, Support, Training and Marketing Teams.

- Working knowledge of project management methodologies

- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
