Who you are:

We are looking for a MLS Data Feed Partnerships Specialist that will execute the processes for acquiring data feeds and maintaining relationships with the MLSs. This person should be well versed in all aspects of the Real Estate industry and have a passion for technology.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in the Real Estate Industry
• Knowledge of all aspects of the MLSs and Realtor Associations
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including proven performance in negotiation and relationship building
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
• An eye for improving/streamlining business processes

Responsibilities:

• Obtaining and maintain the relationship agreements to acquire direct MLS data feeds
• Effectively communicate the benefits of working with Househappy to potential partners
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop useful content for guides, emails, and blogs
• Work closely with development team to address the needs of the MLSs
• Regularly communicate with the MLSs, keeping them informed on new products, new processes, answering concerns or inquiries, and cultivating a mutually beneficial relationship
