MLS Operations Director

East Bay Regional Data, Inc. (EBRD) is a regional MLS serving over 3,000 agents and brokers in Contra Costa and Alameda counties of California, east of the San Francisco Bay. EBRD is owned by the Oakland/Berkeley, Alameda and Delta Associations of REALTORS® and governed by a board of directors made up of elected and appointed brokers and agents.

The MLS Operations Director will be responsible for managing the technical operations of EBRD’s Black Knight (BK) Paragon MLS system through daily contact with system support manager at BK regarding technical issues, updates and deployments. Coordinates communication of system updates, changes, and planned maintenance outages on all systems including Paragon MLS, relnsight Tax®, and MLS mobile products, with all affected parties including subscribers, shareholders and third party data licensees. Primary liaison to the MLS Rules Committee and regional cooperative data-sharing and common interest working group.

The Operations Director has direct supervision of the subscriber services personnel including customer-user-technical service, agent training/education, and rules compliance/violations.

Primary liaison to neighboring MLSs that share the Paragon system with EBRD: Contra Costa and Bay East Associations of REALTORS. In the absence of the CEO, manages the daily operation of the company and interfaces with volunteer leadership on critical decisions.

Previous experience in MLS operations, including support and compliance, is a must. Specific experience with BK Paragon is highly desirable. Microsoft Certifications and facility in Microsoft Office, website management tools, internal network and telephone systems is a plus.
