T3 Fellows Director

T3 Sixty is seeking a Fellows Director to work part or full time as an advisor and manager to the T3 Fellows executive management brokerage mentoring program.

The T3 Fellows program delivers a yearlong curriculum through twice-annual mastermind workshops, monthly web conferences, and extensive one-on-one executive guidance to create business specific solutions for each brokerage company. The curriculum covers all vital aspects of growing a real estate brokerage business and specifically focuses on: Growing revenue by recruiting the best agents to the brokerage; improving profitability by increasing agent sales; creating powerful branding and marketing programs; and leveraging internet lead generation and conversion for more sales.

T3 Fellows Director is responsible for the one-on-one mentoring sessions with broker clients, teaching the program curriculum, keeping records and notes of client progress, and coordinating with other T3 Fellows Advisors that are working with students in the program.

Experience and Requirements
Candidates should have extensive experience in the residential real estate industry, with demonstrated expertise in brokerage management and operations. Candidates should have proven knowledge of fundamental business operations, strategy and planning, marketing and communications, budget and P/L management, and human resource management. Candidates should be able to guide others on becoming more effective brokers, including areas of broker supervisory responsibilities, recruiting and retention of agents, and training and coaching agents.

Ability to attend T3 Sixty planning meetings in Orange County, CA and T3 Fellows retreats in Austin, Texas are required. Ability to work remotely with meetings over phone and web is also required.
