Training Program Coordinator

dynaConnections, an innovative, Austin-based MLS software provider, is looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our collaborative team. The Training Program Coordinator will be responsible for thoroughly understanding and enthusiastically promoting our robust MLS system, connectMLS. Responsibilities will include developing unique training courses, programs, and procedures, speaking with customer staff to determine training needs, and implementing programming to assist end-users in learning and loving our products and services. Training programs are currently being held virtually, but will likely include in-person opportunities as well with corresponding travel in the (hopefully!) near future.

The Training Program Coordinator will work closely with marketing, support, and development teams to assist in training and developing user-friendly materials. The ideal Training Program Coordinator will take the initiative to improve the training programs and procedures and ensure that all documented training content is continuously updated as product updates are released.

To be successful in this role, you should communicate with a user-centric perspective, be detail-oriented, have excellent project management skills, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
