Digital Content Specialist

dynaConnections, an innovative, Austin-based MLS software provider, is looking for an experienced Digital Content Specialist to join our collaborative team. The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible developing, designing, creating, & implementing Help Center & marketing content for our robust MLS solution, connectMLS.

We specialize in highly-customized MLS solutions, & thus provide databases of market-specific support resources for all Customers. The Help Center resources are designed to reach a wide range of end-users with varying preferences & proficiencies, & include video tutorials, a comprehensive online manual, & more. As such, attention to detail, extensive product knowledge, & organization skills are essential to the role. The ideal candidate will take the initiative to maintain the existing content while also continuously updating resources as product enhancements are released.

The Digital Content Specialist will work with marketing, support, & development teams, but will have a large degree of autonomy & flexibility. We are currently working remote, but hope to transition to a hybrid environment in the near future. At that point, this role could be based out of our office or could continue remotely based on the team member's personal preference.

To be successful in this role, a commanding grasp on video production & editing is ideal, along with mastery of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience/familiarity with the real estate industry is an asset as well. Thanks for your interest & please click below to learn more, or reach out with questions!
