SavvyCard is seeking a highly motivated, field-based senior applicant with 8+ years’ experience developing business opportunities and sales with Real Estate Multiple Listing Services and Associations to fill the National Account Executive, Real Estate position. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast moving company with a healthy existing customer pipeline and a compelling and competitively differentiated product offering, at the ground level.

Responsibilities

• Work with Management to develop an annual sales plan and set sales targets for MLS / Association products 


• Sell SavvyCard’s Real Estate product offering to large member organizations including Multiple Listing Services and Real Estate Associations. 


• Develop and nurture relationships with key decisions makers at Multiple Listing Services and RE Associations with 3,000 or more members in the U.S. and Canada. 


• Schedule and present product demonstrations to prospective clients remotely and in person (at trade events or on onsite at client’s facilities). 


• Work with Operations to prepare contract proposals and negotiate acceptable terms to for interested clients. 


• Schedule quarterly meetings with existing clients to share usage data and solicit feedback on the perceived value of the product in the market. 


• Upsell existing clients into new products and services as they are brought to market. 


• Share feedback from customers with relevant divisions within the company 


• Provide management with weekly pipeline and schedule 


• Attend industry events as required to support key clients and new sales opportunities 


Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience 


• 8+ years’ experience working with Real Estate Multiple Listing Services & Associations 


• Excellent consultative sales and closing skills 


• Ability to work independently from remote locations 


• Ability to travel over-night 50% of the time 


• Strong organizational and presentation skills 


• Strong written and verbal communication skills 


• Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
