POSITION SUMMARY:

The Member Care Specialist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to all association members. This position carries out various administrative support functions. The ideal candidate for the Member Care Specialist position is a dynamic individual committed to delivering exceptional customer service to association members. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of performance. The candidate should excel in communication, possess a keen attention to detail, and demonstrate proficiency in various software applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assists with new members in joining the association.

• Coordinates attendance of new member orientation and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

• Explain association policies regarding website access and lockbox.

• Assists in maintaining an accurate member database and promptly records all additions, changes, and deletions

• Assists with general membership functions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A strong customer service orientation

• Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

• The ability to multitask, solve problems, and work proactively.
