Department: Member Services Department
Reports To: Member Services Supervisor
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: To provide membership and product support to both members and internal staff, to trouble-shoot and rectify existing problems, and to establish a rapport with the customer to build confidence in the Austin Board of REALTORS (ABoR) and ACTRIS products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned.
- Deliver membership and MLS product support services to members and internal staff (either by telephone, letter or email).
- Provide membership services. This will include, but is not limited to: providing membership information to members and to the general public. Assist members with the application process, reinstatements, input member data into membership system, processing payments, servicing members using ticketing system.
- Provide MLS product services. This will include, but is not limited to: Providing MLS rules and general policy information, trouble shooting issues with products and or services, promoting products and services to members, staff, and third party vendors.
- Understand and maintain basic knowledge of data structures and systems for the delivery of products and services.
- Coordinate programming and support of lockbox security products.
- Update related databases by entering new data or modifying existing data. Maintain appropriate documentation.
- Report system errors and monitor progress to resolution.
- Cross train and provide back-up support for other staff members as assigned.
- Position can be remote; however applicant must be flexible to work Saturday's 8am-5pm if assigned.
Education/Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite, use of the internet and the ability to learn specialized software abilities such as Matrix MLS, Realist Tax, and Listing Data Checker.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000.00 to $42,000 /year, negotiable based on experience.
