About the role
This is an important role within dotloop due to the proven impact dotloop Connect partners have on revenue, generating leads and customer retention! As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for driving engagement and usage while working cross-functionally with sales, Partner Success and Partner Experience to influence revenue and lead generation. You will also:
- Be a subject matter expert on functionality and benefits of each integration
- Partner closely with the dotloop Enterprise sales team for technical demos, integration due diligence and support in order to increase dotloop acquisitions
- Point person for sales, success, and support on all integrations, including joining sales calls to proactively help influence new sales and participating in executive business review calls
- Attend real estate conferences, trade shows, and in person meetings to conduct presentations and meet prospects with the intent to increase dotloop acquisitions
- Act as a brand ambassador for dotloop, representing the best interests of the company, its advertisers, and industry partners
- Responsible for onboarding new integration partners by working with marketing and tech teams to help launch and announce new dotloop Connect partners
- Grow relationships with existing partners by finding opportunities for cross-promotion with the focus on generating new sales leads
- Maintain, enhance and create documentation and with screenshots and videos for external support pages
- Demo dotloop and review integrations to guide partners to a best-possible integration
Success will be measured on:
- Metrics of Enterprise sales success
- Number of new sales leads generated from integration focused funnels
- Increased usage of existing integrations
- Proficient creation and maintenance of dotloop Connect landing and support pages
- Influenced sales revenue and revenue retention from existing accounts
- Successful onboarding of identified new partners
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
Who you are
- 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in a SaaS capacity with an internet start-up
- Experience with acquiring new subscribers in a B2B capacity
- Understand the consultative sales process and how to deliver value and solution based selling
- Deep understanding of SalesForce.com or similar CRM with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Track record of extraordinary sales performance including exceeding quotas, winning sales awards, etc.
- Possess extraordinary communication skills, both oral and written, have experience with leading/directing an audience of large or small scale
- Focused, reliable and a responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills and possess a strong competitive desire.
- You're respectful to coworkers and conducts himself/herself in work-settings in a manner that is consistent with the Zillow Group Way
- Business driven individual who understands the importance and benefits of successful integrations
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% per month
