About the role

The role of the Enterprise Sales Executive is to introduce, educate, and engage potential large real estate brokerage or franchise clients with dotloop. You will be responsible for obtaining new business through prospecting, building relationships and consultative selling that includes meeting with clients at the client’s site, communicating with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings. You will build proposals, presentations, pricing, contracts and strategic business and technical plans that fit their needs.

In this position, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, real passion for extraordinary service, and the ability to foster, cultivate and close longer sales cycles.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

Who you are

  • 6+ years sales experience, preferably in a SaaS model focused on B2B enterprise level selling delivering demos and strategy development to key partners including executive leadership, operations, and marketing.
  • You understand the consultative sales process and how to deliver value and solution-based selling
  • You leverage partnerships and relationships to maximize business potential
  • You possess extraordinary communication skills, both oral and written, and have experience with leading/directing an audience of large or small scale
  • Track record of extraordinary sales performance including exceeding quotas, winning sales awards, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • You are focused, reliable and a responsible self-starter that can self-manage with strong critical-thinking skills and possess a strong competitive desire.
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% per month
  • You're respectful to coworkers and conducts himself/herself in work-settings in a manner that is consistent with the Zillow’s core values
