Education Manager

We are looking for a full-time Education Manager to design and oversee all learning and development programs for our membership. You will be working closely with our members, (both in person and over the phone), with team members and all departments.

Education Manager responsibilities include identifying training needs based on the real estate industry and current market trends. To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience organizing trainings and designing the educational curriculum.

Ultimately, you will help us develop our memberships’ skills to raise the bar of professionalism.

Our working hours are Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm – In office

Responsibilities

• Writing course curriculum based on REALTOR® needs.
• Lead trainer for our Multiple Listing Service (MLSOK®), which includes several different technology tools provided to our members as a benefit.
• Use current events and the housing market to identify training needs.
• Plan training programs based on business goals.
• Oversee learning activities, curriculum and resources.
• Manage quarterly and annual training budgets.
• Evaluate the results of learning courses.
• Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms.

Requirements

• Previous training/teaching experience preferred.
• In-depth understanding of traditional and modern
  training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching).
• Experience organizing training activities in a membership association environment.
• Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
