Lone Wolf is looking for an experienced product leader to lead our product team for CRM & website products, including LionDesk and Propertybase. You will lead a team of product managers that define go to market strategy and define product features spanning multiple CRM solutions. You will work collaboratively with our Sales & Marketing teams to make sure we’re building the right features and drive measurable results in product performance on a regular cadence.
You understand the challenges and opportunities of developing Enterprise products and can help our entire team embrace the learnings and principles you have developed in your career.
The role reports to the VP, Product, Promote.

What you’ll be doing on the Product team at Lone Wolf:
• You’ll spend time leading a team of product managers, ensuring we drive cohesion in strategy across multiple CRM solutions.• You’ll spend time talking to users, understanding their concerns, and validating that your team’s solutions solve a real problem for them.• You’ll join pre and post-sales calls with enterprise customers, understand their needs and translate into requirements for your team.• You’ll work with the VP, Product, Promote and your direct reports to set the roadmap to deliver on the vision.• You’ll work with Marketing & Sales to position new product launches to generate awareness, demand, and revenue.
Skills & Requirements
• You have 5+ years in SAAS technology and 3+ years in a product management role or 5+ years in active management in residential real estate technology.• You have an interest in real estate and the use of technology to improve the home buying experience.• You have a developed understanding of the needs of residential real estate agents and/or brokerage firms.• You have a “doer” attitude, with a bias toward action and a demonstrated ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.• You are experienced in leading product strategy processes, conducting analysis, contributing to enterprise sales calls, and executing product development processes.• You have excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive stakeholders, participating in the sales process, handling sensitive customer escalations, and writing product requirements• You are positive, creative, curious, and aren’t afraid to ask a lot of questions.• You can take candid feedback well and are looking to grow your skill sets.• You are OK with multi-tasking and can synthesize multiple perspectives to get the most important thing done.
