About you

You are a logical thinker with a strong understanding of how all parts of an application work together. You are an excellent communicator, able to build a rapport with partners and clients, and effectively express the solutions you devise in your technical specifications, documentation, and presentations.

The role

Under the support and guidance of the Director of Operations, North America, as Product Manager you will cover the full spectrum of product development from idea to implementation. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to liaise with multiple business stakeholders.

This position is remote, however, it does not prevent us from being a close-knit team with a dedicated focus on the success of our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with partners and clients to understand requirements and devise a solution
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive specifications using user stories, wire frames and other product design tools
• Analyse issues reported by sales, marketing or the customer support team and raise tickets for engineering to squash bugs or develop new features and enhancements
• Conduct user acceptance testing
• Document product features for marketing and training material and our internal wiki
• Work collaboratively with Marketing & Sales to position new product launches to generate awareness, demand, and revenue
• P2 technical support to all stakeholders

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software as an Analyst or Product Manager
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in science, business, or related field
• Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities amid ambiguity
• Ability to formulate data-driven decisions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to influence and negotiate

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in leading product development in early stages of product / business
• Willingness to be proactive and hands-on with issue analysis and product design
• Experience with SQL database queries and complex software configuration
• Formal training or experience in UI / UX design concepts
