RMLS is the largest Realtor®-owned Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in the Northwest. RMLS exists to provide its subscribers with accurate and timely information on listings, the means to analyze the market, and state-of-the art professional tools.

Summary:

A Subscriber Regional Representative (SRR) supports RMLS subscribers in our regional service areas. The primary responsibilities of this position include providing subscriber training, delivering presentations, preparing and assisting with meetings, and offering basic technical support for hardware and software applications. The SRR acts as the liaison for the company in the field and works closely with Customer Service Representatives when needed.

In addition, the SRR will act as the Curry County Board of REALTOR® (CCBR) Association Executive (AE) and will be responsible for basic administration of the CCBR association. CCBR is member-focused, and the SRR/AE should understand basic association activities and where to find information important to members’ daily business. The SRR/AE works closely with volunteers and elected leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office functions, such as sorting and delivering mail and incoming faxes, and handling digital filing
  • Train subscribers both virtually and in-person to use all RMLS and associated third party systems
  • Assist subscribers with basic technical issues and forward escalating issues to the appropriate department as needed
  • Assist with phone and chat queue as needed
  • Support and provide payment assistance for quarterly billing payment processing
  • Perform CRM/data entry
  • Provide additional support to RMLS Customer Service Representatives in other offices as needed
  • Prepare and/or attend subscriber meetings that include, but are not limited to, weekly tours, office visits, and subscriber meetings
  • Travel occasionally to visit subscribers in other areas
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Professional, strong, and positive interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with CRM/data entry systems
  • Fundamental office management skills
  • Experience in handling cash and reconciliation
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently with remote manager
  • Dependable automobile, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance
  • Experience with administration work FOR small non-profits is preferred
  • Basic experience presenting and training preferred
  • Public speaking skills and experience preferred
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience working with or at a multiple listing service is a bonus
