Job Summary
The Organized Real Estate Associate Consultant will assist the SVP of the business unit in servicing company clients (MLSs and Associations) and will help drive efficiency and profitability. This includes but is not limited to assisting in coordination and logistics of all Organized Real Estate consulting projects and sales activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Improve and retain established client relationships
- Conduct ORE sales activities and client engagement.
- Design and execute projects for T3 Sixty clients based on agreed upon terms.
- Design and execute advisement-based consulting engagements for T3 Sixty clients based on agreed upon terms.
- Attend paid speaking and facilitation engagements focused on areas of expertise.
- Provide administrative and operational support to enable the Business Unit leader to develop more business, including:
- Scheduling and expense reporting/reconciliation.
- Research, including survey preparation, administration and compilation for reports/mapping.
- Report writing, review and preparation for sharing with clients.
- Marketing (emails, video, webinars, direct outreach, etc.).
- Client proposal and agreement generation, project materials review, preparation, and distribution, communications and scheduling.
- Meeting preparation, documentation and follow up.
- Project management development and support to ensure timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in organized real estate (MLSs/Associations) business development, consulting, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and practices.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled at public speaking and facilitating groups of decision makers.
- Proficiency in research and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Keynote
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
