Western Arizona Realtor® Data Exchange, Inc. (WARDEX) is currently seeking a skilled and motivated professional for Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Located in Bullhead City, Arizona WARDEX is a regional MLS serving 950+ members in Mohave County Arizona..

Qualified candidates will have:

• Excellent leadership qualities paired with solid decision-making skills that will embrace the vision and strategic growth of WARDEX.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MLS administration, operations, financial management, strategic planning, member relations and growth.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to leverage relationships to increase WARDEX’s visibility in the Arizona Realtor community.
• Ability to update Board of Directors on national MLS Policy changes and issues.
• Ability to ensure long term fiscal health of the organization by working with the Board of Directors, by maintaining safeguards to protect the organization’s favorable financial position and cultivating a diverse array of funding streams.
• Commitment to network and establish relationships/partnerships at the Local, State, and National Associations.
• Candidates should have 3 - 5 years of MLS experience preferably in a leadership role.
