MLS Executive Director - Raleigh, NC

Triangle MLS is seeking an experienced MLS executive to lead their dynamic organization and talented staff. The Raleigh/Research Triangle region is ranked among the best places to live in the country, and with over 14,000 subscribers across the region, this is a great opportunity for the right leader.

The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of experience as an MLS executive, have outstanding leadership skills, understand the dynamics and strategies of a regional MLS, and be a capable communicator. In addition, this position requires skills in internal team building and external collaboration/partnership with related organizations.

The Executive Director will oversee the MLS staff, work closely with elected leaders and CEOs of the stakeholder associations, and perform the duties of Chairperson/President of the Triangle MLS Board of Directors to accomplish goals and execute strategies.

If you are not familiar with the area, the region is often referred to as the Triangle. The three sides of the triangle are Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.
