Director of Engineering

We're seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to build and scale our product offerings at PropertyRadar. As the Director of Engineering, you'll manage our US and remote engineering teams and oversee the development of our product offerings.

At PropertyRadar, we are on a mission to provide small businesses with better access to the opportunities found in public records. We’ve been doing it for real estate investors, Realtors, mortgage brokers, home service companies, and others on the west coast since 2007. We expanded nationally in 2020.

The Director of Engineering will be instrumental in PropertyRadar's product-led growth. You'll be responsible for building on our incredible product and team as we continue to grow and expand our offerings.

Things You Might Do

Despite being founded in 2006, PropertyRadar still runs like a startup, so you'll get experience with a little bit of everything. That said, here are some things you'll do:

• Co-develop the technical vision and product strategy with the CEO, peers, and your team.
• Fulfill the product strategy through excellence in planning and execution.
• Interact with customers to understand how to deliver value the customer can really feel.
• Attract, retain, mentor, and grow great engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Reduce admin burden and eliminate blockers to keep teams on track.
• Jump in where needed, never being afraid to lead by example.
