THE ROLE: SENIOR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER, PARTNERS

Location: **US West Coast remote (PST)**

RentSpree is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager, Partners who will join our team to build on the success of the RentSpree product, which is currently known as the best in the market for real estate rental transactions. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data engineers as well as our external real estate partners to build out innovative and impactful new features and product lines for our channel partners. Ultimately, your work will solidify RentSpree as the easiest product to handle rental transactions and will bring a brand new perspective to the home rental industry.

We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial product manager who values moving quickly, and can help innovate and coherently drive product initiatives across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently identify significant opportunities and build consensus around roadmaps and how to evaluate success
• Decide on impactful high-level business metrics
• Display strong leadership, as well as organizational and execution skills across the entire organization
• Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, as well as driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
• Understand RentSpree’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry
• Frequently identify significant product, organizational, and process opportunities and drives them to fruition often without explicit direction and resourcing
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 5+ years’ work experience in engineering or product management delivering highly technical products
• Edu: BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience building products with a proven track record of delivering amazing customer experiences
• Passionate about ensuring that new experiences meet customers needs and align with our business strategy
• Proven critical thinking skills and independent motivation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment
• Capable of leading through influence; holding product leads accountable to greater product goals
• Able to support evening hours 2-3 days a week 6 to 7pm PT in order to collaborate with offshore technical teams in Thailand – ideal candidate is located on the US West Coast (PST)
