Position Summary

The Data Integrity Representative is responsible for administrating Data Integrity compliance by the set Rules and Regulations to ensure data accuracy. This position responds to all phone, email, and Live chat queries including escalation calls, and helps resolve the relevant data violations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant Data violations via the Listing Data Checker
  • Ensure all Agent Reported violations are correctly classified
  • Process 1st-3rd LDC Notices accurately and promptly
  • Ensure the property listing content, including photos and virtual tours adheres to the compliance rules and regulations.
  • Issue appropriate notices, warnings, and fines
  • Stay current with all Rules and Regulations
  • Answer incoming Data Integrity calls and Live Chats and provide appropriate support
  • Run a weekly report to ensure the brokers follow their contractual obligations, research, and address any discrepancies.
    • Issue appropriate fines for non-compliance
  • Maintain data accuracy by updating the MLS listing data per the public records
  • Respond to and advise members on compliance rules, policies, and procedures for the display of FMLS property listing content including media.
  • Maintain proper documentation and retention for all property listing compliance and data services issues.
  • Monitor Data Integrity email inbox and respond accordingly
  • Assists with closing documents for the administration team
  • Coordinate with the Customer Support team to manage call queues and assist with high call volumes
  • May participate in the Atlanta Realtors Association & FMLS annual trade show and other events as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of FMLS Customer Support or Data Integrity Experience
  • Professional communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Ability to handle high-pressure and high-volume situations effectively
  • Experience in property listing compliance and data services preferred

Other Essential Job Functions & Skills:

  • May participate in the Atlanta Realtors Association & FMLS annual trade show and other events as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
