Job Description:
As a Member Service Specialist at PrimeMLS, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by ensuring our members receive optimal support with our systems. This role requires a proactive approach to effectively manage inquiries, provide membership and billing support, and handle routine administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to member inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Process member applications and manage membership removals, maintaining accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize a range of software tools including advanced MLS platforms, membership databases, ticket-based member support systems, and MS Office suite.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member satisfaction.
  • Regularly review knowledge base articles and contribute to FAQs to assist members in self-service options.
  • Participate in staff training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the real estate industry, specifically with MLS software systems is highly valued.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical skills to manage data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on member service quality.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a strong capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
