About the position: CRMLS is hiring a Data Quality Analyst. The Data Quality Analyst is an expert in the technical works of MLS data systems, services and support. This is a vital role in the onboarding and data quality maintenance of CRMLS and Datashare systems. Their deep understanding of the MLS operations and data practices are important in order to evaluate and identify data trends to create improvement opportunities. The Data Quality Analyst is also responsible for interfacing with our vendors, call center and other internal departments on data related issues; they will assist with documenting, troubleshooting, resolving those issues. This role will also educate and provide coaching to internal staff on data quality controls and measures to achieve long term results.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Handles data related issues from the IT services Queue (ITSQ)
  • Manage the resolution performance of our product vendors and data partners
  • Preform Quality Assurance testing for CRMLS internal and vendor-based applications.
  • RETS & API Client Support
  • Perform Datashare onboarding processes including mapping, data analysis, QA and development
  • Evaluate large data sets to identify and interpret data patterns to assess data quality issues
  • Work with CRMLS’ development team to resolve data quality issues
  • Produce reporting of data analysis findings to management to aide in business decisions
  • Special Projects as needed throughout CRMLS

Additional Skills & Requirements:This position requires good understanding of MLS operations and technologies. Must be able to interact with end users who may be under stress requiring understanding and a calm handling of issues. Basic understanding of application development and database concepts are required. Extensive understanding of IP network troubleshooting, browser-based applications and the Windows desktop environment are required. Ability to write and communicate clearly and effectively. May be required to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Position requires sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
