FBS is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Experience to lead brand marketing, communications, events, design, and sales enablement strategy, shaping how the market experiences FBS. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative marketing leader who can translate vision into powerful narratives, programs, and experiences that build awareness, engage customers, and support revenue growth.

Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Director of Marketing will oversee a team that includes: brand communications, events, marketing operations and graphic/motion design, ensuring a consistent, compelling presence across all touchpoints. This leader will drive cross-team and marketing initiatives that strengthen FBS’s industry position, support customer retention, build community, and enable sales through clear messaging and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a diverse team of marketing professionals. Foster collaboration while developing future talent. Lead brand strategy, identity, and marketing campaigns that build awareness, differentiation, value and loyalty.
  • Oversee the design function (graphic and motion), ensuring a high standard of creative excellence and brand consistency.
  • Develop and execute events that deepen customer engagement and strengthen FBS’s industry presence.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver enablement programs, collateral, and campaigns that drive pipeline growth and retention.
  • Lead marketing operations, budgeting, and performance reporting to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and future-ready talent.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSEs)

  • Strategic brand leadership: Proven ability to build and evolve brand identity, campaigns, and narratives.
  • Creative direction & design leadership: Strong background overseeing graphic/motion design teams and ensuring visual excellence.
  • Event strategy & execution: Expertise in developing impactful customer and industry events that drive engagement and retention.
  • Sales enablement & revenue marketing: Demonstrated success supporting sales with effective campaigns, collateral, and programs.
  • Operational excellence: Skilled at planning, budgeting, analytics, and marketing performance measurement.
  • Leadership: A strong communicator who can inspire teams, align stakeholders, and foster a healthy, values-driven culture.
  • A knack for tying the golden thread - beautifully connecting and underscoring thematic messaging through, creative, written communication and in-person experiences.
  • Has high performance standards, strives to deliver the best and inspires others to do the same through their own behavior, leadership and performance

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience (Director level and above), with a strong background in brand, communications, and experiential marketing. Must be recent.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop small, high-performing teams, including creative and event staff, in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Track record of building and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and differentiation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales enablement for enterprise software, events (in-person and virtual), and creative leadership (graphic and motion design, storytelling). (not demand gen)
  • Experience overseeing marketing operations, including planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Industry experience in enterprise software, preferably in residential real estate or MLS software, is a plus but not required.

Salary DOE, starting range $130,000-150,000 per year, based on 2,080 hours
