  • Compensation: $60,000 to $68,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Location: Remote within Nevada

Job Summary

NNRMLS is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, build, and measure multichannel campaigns that promote our organization and support member success. A core focus of this role is managing and growing our social media presence: creating content, driving engagement, and monitoring performance across all platforms. You will also support web and email marketing efforts, partner with our Training and Support Teams, and use analytics to improve adoption, engagement, and overall member satisfaction.

We operate the largest Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) in Northern Nevada. REALTORS use our system to share accurate, up-to-date home listings so buyers can find homes, sellers can reach more buyers, and everyone works from the same trusted information. NNRMLS provides technology, support, and training to approximately 4,000 real estate professionals. We are an industry leader, offering innovative tools and meaningful business solutions for our Brokers, Agents, and Appraisers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch integrated campaigns for product releases, training, policy updates, and events; monitor and optimize based on performance data.
  • Create clear, on-brand content for social posts, emails, websites, articles, and videos, with strong calls to action.
  • Manage email marketing and automation flows, maintain lists and segmentation, and ensure deliverability and accessibility best practices.
  • Build and report on Google Ads and social media campaigns (audiences, budgets, creative briefs, QA, A/B tests).
  • Track analytics, create simple dashboards, and report channel and campaign KPIs monthly.
  • Maintain brand standards across all assets and assist with graphic design.
  • Promote webinars and member events, coordinate digital materials, track registrations and attendance, and manage post-event follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the Training and Support Teams to align timelines, messaging, and success metrics.
  • Manage press releases and major announcements in partnership with leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must reside in Nevada.
  • At least three years managing digital campaigns or member communications for a business or membership organization, including email, web, and basic analytics, with measurable results.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for short and long-form content.
  • Hands-on experience with a email marketing tools, CRM, WordPress, photography, image creation, video production, and social scheduling and reporting tools.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment.
  • A commitment to professionalism and five-star customer service.

Physical and Additional Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable remote workspace.
  • Ability to sit for up to 3.5 to 4 hours at a time.
  • Attend in-person meetings and events.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs when supporting event materials, as needed.
