JOB SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Sales Manager focus is to act as the primary point of contact for our Key Franchise clients, as well as MLS, Associations and prospects using Lone Wolf solutions. Key metrics will be to gain new clients, increase client retention and satisfaction, improve product adoption, and communicate new product updates and efficiency methods to customers. You will become the subject matter expert for Lone Wolf clients and their needs through maintaining contracts, partnering with key stakeholders inside of and outside of Lone Wolf, and guiding measurable results for our clients using our products.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Secure bookings from new clients through the execution of the Lone Wolf Sales process and use of our sales tools.
· Increase and sustain customer satisfaction and retention through frequent contact with Franchise-level clients.
· Increase product adoption among users.
· Communicate with clients on new product rollouts and assist client with internal marketing.
· Coordinate trainers and implementation staff to maximize end-user education and product knowledge, as requested by management.
· Work to grow existing revenue through product upgrades and releases.
· Proactively prevent client erosion and stabilize at-risk contracts.
· Coordinate client needs with Support, Development, and Product Management teams within Lone Wolf.
· Conduct detailed product demonstrations/trainings through webinars.
· Attend trade shows and maintain merchandise and logistics
Variable Compensation Elements:
· Performance against quarterly bookings target (quota)
Skills & Requirements
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
- Must be comfortable traveling as needed - post pandemic.
- 5+ years of experience working with MLS boards, Associations, and large brokerages
- Experience with real estate technology
- Strong communication skills
WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
- Comfortable using general office software applications; sales automation products such as Salesforce.com and web collaboration tools a plus
- Excel at developing executive level relationships over the phone and in person.
- Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
